[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the men's sample for my husband (age 81). The "Real Fit" garment has no coverage in the back. Not all men wear the garments because of urinary incontinence. My husband needs them because he is a colon cancer survivor. He is missing most of his large intestine. He sometimes cannot get to a toilet in time. Up till now, I have been giving him the blue women's Silhouette garments to wear. These provide complete coverage and have saved him from soiling his clothes and public embarrassment. Since the men's garments do not provide complete coverage, I will continue to share the Silhouette garments with him. I realize that Depends garments are marketed for 'urinary incontinence. Still, I should hope that will change. More elderly than you think need complete coverage.

You DO NOT need to worry about that with these. They fit great and are not bulky. They also feel good when on, Most importantly they wick away the moisture and keep your skin dry. I was a little apprehensive, because I thought that they were going to feel like plastic panties. That was so much further from the truth. They felt like regular panties, moving with me as I moved. But most importantly, catching those dribbles and protecting against odor, as opposed to having that awkward feeling of wondering if anyone has noticed. These are now my go to underwear for incontinence

This was my first time using any Depend product. I’ve been using the Walmart Store generic brand Assurance for a long time. When I went to Walmart to get my regular brand, they were out of stock in my size. So I grabbed the box of Depends and continued shopping. Well, when I finally got home I immediately put one on. I noticed right off the bat that they were a lot thinner than my usual brand. When I couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time, and have very little to no control of my bladder, they leaked so bad. They did not hold much. I have never had this happen before with my regular brand. I will be taking them back to Walmart today for a refund. They are the worst adult diaper on the market as far as I’m concerned.
