[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the good: The product was gray, which I liked instead of the usual diaper-ish white, which is usual. Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.

As someone who uses products like this, I want to be sure that they discreet enough that no one knows I'm wearing them and that they are absorbent enough for any leaks that happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear pads work great. They are comfortable and dont feel bulky. Perfect for wearing under jeans as you cant tell you are wearing an incontinence pad at all. They absorb moisture and odor very well and yet are light and breathable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the closest they’ve made to underwear yet they are combiner thin and basically comfortable. And progress from others out there but basically a pull up and loud and the pad sometimes unsticks and will stick to you. So yay for progress but still much more to go there has to be some way to make inexpensive non diaper depends but congrats for the progress these are it until they do!! The absorbency is good for a small pad the coverage is also good just work on the fabric so we don’t feel like we are wearing pull ups!!

I buy these for my mom. I have been happy with how they absorb but not with the new shipment that I just received last week. She would very seldom have leakage when she woke up in the morning and now she has leakage every morning. It is usually bad enough that when she sits up on the side of the bed it “squeezes” out into the bed. Luckily I use the bed pads but they have to be washed and her gown. Usually a trip to the shower to wash off. I still had one from the last box and they have definitely changed, they say new softer and quieter it should say not as absorbent because they aren’t as thick. Not sure if there are any other brands that are better but I’m going to check because if these new ones are the best it’s pretty sad. They need to have left them alone and not “improved “ them

There is no odor while in use. It’s durable: the absorption is good. And the material is really good and soft and comfortable.
