I have tried many other brands and they worked ok when I only experienced small leakage however once my situation worsen they couldn't handle it. Only with this product do I have the confidence to go out in public again. The only suggestion I have is regarding sizing. The xlarge fit me best in length but they are too big and bulky to wear under fitted pants. I wear the large because they fit the best against my body with no extra bulk but they don't come up to my waist but right below.

These came in handy for that ride, she had an accident it leaked a little but it might have been they were a little small for a size small.
