Each time he wore one, the inside cotton-like fabric fell out & all over the bathroom floor in crumbled up pieces. Unacceptable. I also have MS so this was beyond a very difficult situation & task to clean up.

The material is soft and they fit well and stay in place while wearing. The odor control is effective and that gives me confidence when I’m out and about. I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because the waistband can feel a little snug after wearing them for several hours. Overall,tho, they offer great peace of mind and dependable performance. My husband is very satisfied with the fit and absorbency of this product. As he is a larger man, he has a difficult time finding this type of product to fit his waist....these, I am pleased to say fit well.

About three or four weeks ago you changed the quality of the product.They were fine until that time. I developed a rash and have been to three doctors: a urologist, generalist, and a dermatologist. The dermatologist told me the problem is the paper underwear, apparently you have made them less absorbent so men have to buy them more frequently. You really have men over a barrel, we have to buy paper underwear to function normally, to gouge us (most retired on a fixed income) is pretty low.
