They worked very well for leaks and I never had to worry about ruining my pants during leaks when I coughed or sneezed. So I pee a lot when moving around, coughing, sneezing etc. I always wear a panty liner just in case. I really enjoyed wearing these for heaving cleaning days around the house. All the moving and squatting and reaching do cause me to pee a little and these helped. I haven’t worn them outside of the house just yet as they are a bit bulky and I usually wear leggings.

The elastic waistband is comfortable, doesn’t cut into my skin, and eliminates chafing. The overall fit is secure without feeling restrictive, making it a great option for all-day wear. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. The material makes a noticeable crunching sound when I walk, which can be a bit distracting. Additionally, the padding doesn’t extend far enough in the back, which may be a concern for some users. Overall, Depend offers a comfortable and well-designed product, but there’s still some room for improvement.

I was very surprised at how comfortable these were. At first I was undecided with which was front and back. I put them on and settled on which way was the most comfortable. This is an awesome product - no leakage and no one can tell you are wearing them.. I don't wear them all the time, just need them after coming home from the hospital after a procedure or surgery.
