They also minimize odors from those leaks. I had got sick and didn't get to wash clothes so i ran out of underwear and I used these instead until I finished washing clothes. They work like a charm! It was perfect for stitches either from C-section or natural along with giving me soft support and the flex to fit around "extra" weight or folds.
