If you are a back sleeper, they will leak from the back side of the diaper. I had that happened to me this morning and they do not stay dry like it says it turns into gel. I’m also looking for an product that has more padding in the rear side bc my opinion is it don’t have enough padding back there.

I have tried other variety before but this particular Fit-flex underwear has an effective absorbent pad, which traps liquids, absorbs and fits well. They do hold moisture well, great for heavy sleepers and if you have to hurry to the restroom, no more changing clothes in the middle of the night. I can’t speak much to the odor control as I always end up waking up as soon as I begin to release my bladder and changing into a new one right away, but the absorbency is strong and quick! I just wish I would have paid more attention to the sizing, as I normally use a large for clothing, but this large is a little baggy on me.
