The waistband helps keep them from riding down during the day which is great since I work and am active so I need them to stay where they are. They help me be able to stay active and not worry about having an embarrassing accident so I am happy with these Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear and would definitely recommend them if you have incontinence issues. The Fit-Flex underwear are very comfortable and moves well with me in waking and sleep. I had no opportunity to test the absorbency, fortunately for me, but not so much for this review, but I would expect great quality since that is what Depend provides on a consistent basis. I love the color and little design, too.

He was a little self-conscious to wear these at first, but found them very comfortable and they helped him with minor accidents when he couldn't get to the bathroom if we weren't around quickly. They were comfortable under clothing and were not obvious when he was wearing them. In addition, we found that they had a great deal of odor control and could be quickly replaced with a fresh pair without any concerns. They did not show through his jeans and he said after wearing them, it did not feel like he was wearing anything other than underwear. Overall, a great product, especially if somebody was recovering after surgery.
