My grandpa wore them on a long day of travel and never once had to worry about leaks or discomfort. They fit well and were discreet under clothing, offering the security he needed without feeling bulky. The material they are made of is soft and adjusts to the body easily. They are highly absorbent, and wetness can be there, but it's not overwhelmingly so. They are easy to change, and they hold up well under clothing. We've not had any tears or ripping of the material they use to make these. I would recommend this brand, and this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the moderate absorbency was enough for normal day wear, I still had to change my entire underwear, taking off my shoes and pants, just to put on a fresh pair. I'm an active young woman with two children and I have incontinence from a natural twin birth that Kegels hasn't fixed. On top of the inconvenience of changing, the waist was so high it showed above my pants and I felt like everyone noticed, which they shouldn't. The Fit Flex felt strange at first, but after a little adjusting, I was able to live with it. I was also a little embarrassed at the amount of waste one panty created. Certainly not able to discretely throw it away in the pad/tampon trash in public places.

They are great with absorbency and durability in those moments where you might not make it to the restroom in time. No concerns with continued use and really enjoyed the product.

I like how they took into account weight and the fact that men produce more output thus requiring more volume needed. In the past similar products have been very sub par and the fixes seemed so simple and easy for anyone to figure out. I would buy these again if the need were to arise.

Unfortunately the smell wasn’t too good as there were some gaps in the fit and having it unscented was unusual as it certainly made an odor.
