They gave a great deal of protection against leaks especially when we were out and about. Her moving in and out of the car or anywhere she was sitting they didn't slip or slide and protected her. She used to complain about others being uncomfortable and when we switched to Depend brand she no longer mentioned being uncomfortable. I also currently use them for my daughter who has a bed wetting issue. She wears 5hem at night and they keep her bad completely dry.

I was very surprised with the gentle but just tight enough fit, completely comfortable and invisible under normal clothes. I found the absorbency to be very impressive over the ensuing months as I went from continuously leaking to sometimes letting go a full bladder into the Depend pullup - and it would hold it all until I could get to a place to change it. I find it is just what I needed, don't know what I would do without it at night. It is highly recommended.

Each one holds water well and is absorbent They also have a nice elastic to keep them on. They are quite large but it can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit. These hold up really well and are sturdier than expected. They do make a sort of crumbling noise when you are handling it but its not an issue once the person has it under their clothing. I luckily have not needed to use these yet - I figured these would be good for emergency tummy troubles instead of incontinence...- so cannot comment on odor or absorbency, but I am keeping one or two in my bag and for future trips just in case. Good value too since a pack comes with 19 underwear!
