The fit is true to size and they are very comfortable with the flexibility in the waist a definite plus. The material itself is durable. They did not fall apart, very absorbent and there was no odor from overnight use. It is not noticeable when wearing under your clothing and could be used during the night or during the day. They can be easily found at most drug stores and grocery stores. I would recommend this product for any men suffering from incontinence.

I feel like I am wearing regular underwear which is very impressive to me. They are not baggy or bulging anywhere and they fit perfectly. I prefer these now instead of my regular underwear. They are not expensive and you receive a good amount in each package. I highly recommend these.

They were reluctant to try items such as this but once agreed were impressed. They told me they didn't have a "diaper" feel. The material feels very lightweight and the stitching is so stretchy. This is especially true at the top. Sometimes when you get these type of products, they may keep you dry however they may not be comfortable to wear, but my son seem to really not have any issues with these. To be honest, I could tell that they were going to be good as soon as I took them out the bag and began checking them out because they have just such a comfy feel to itand so the key is to make him feel comfortable at night and also keeping him nice and dry in the bed. So if you have any doubt about this product don’t hesitate. The design makes them fit very well and I have no doubt that it doesn’t matter what size you are anyone would feel comfortable in these.

When you wear them they are not to tight and the garment is flexable when you move up or down and it does not leave any marks on the body. Low odor and discreet. He can wear with confidence as you can't tell he has it on. A must for seniors on road trips!
