He is a smaller gentleman and said that these could have fit slightly better. He also mentioned that some padding on the back would be more appreciated just in case the wetness concentrated back there. I found the sizing to be really off. My mother is 4' 9" and 135 lbs. Your pricing is better than the medical type companies that sell these thank goodness. As for the night defense, well they are not. I have to use a thick pad along with the underwear. So therefore costing a lot more, but they are great for daytime.

The pad feels rather rough, and since there’s no scent, odor control isn’t completely effective. Absorption is moderate—adequate, but not exceptional.

While the material is super absorbent I'm just going to say it does a good job at getting close to that 25x (didn't pull out a scale to weigh each one) however, we also did not leave him in dirty ones for long. These are stretchy but retain their shape well. They are easy to get on and off either on their own or with assistance (if needed). These did well and no one seemed to have any complaints about them.

But from what I noticed about them is that they are very soft and stretchy. From what I was told about these they are very comfortable and fit well. They are absorbent and didn’t leak. They weren’t bulky and fit under clothes well and you couldn’t notice them. I would recommend these to anyone in need of them.
