He is a smaller gentleman and said that these could have fit slightly better. He also mentioned that some padding on the back would be more appreciated just in case the wetness concentrated back there. I will make a point of finding the Flex Fit. They captured all of the urine and kept me dry, They also do not have a purfumey scent that makes me gag. These won on every count.

My son is mentally and physically handicapped and a very big man. Try expanding your line to include bigger sizes. I love the way these look more like underwear.
