My dad is 88 and weighs about 260 pounds. He has a big belly and a flat bottom. The lg/XL do not go up or stay up over his bottom. We bought another brand in XL and they seem to go up higher and stay up better but are much more expensive. Why don't you have a 2XL?

Although your product feels good, it do not. work when you cough. You mess up every thing. In other words, it does leak big time. And for what it worth the money that you pay, it's not worth it. IN my opinion it should be able to handle heavy bladder leaks. My hubby could not find the one that I use so he brought your product. Well it do not work for me. NO I cannot wear it out, so I wear it at home. It's my problem, but you should have a better product for the money. Laugh all you want, but the brand that I was using works very good.

It had a very tight stretchy fit that was nothing but trouble getting my legs in before pulling them up.Once on they are soft and comfortable but tight, and I am not that big a guy, having a 38 inch waist.
