The fit is exact no wiggle room If you like an exact fit then go with the exact size. Material seems breathable how material doesn't feel the best on skin kind of has a diaper feeling against skin. A softer material would be nice.

What I do like especially is the color because it blends in with my skin color and makes me feel less conscious about wearing them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convenience of this product cannot be understated. Regular men's underwear cannot easily accommodate the male incontinence pads. This product performs excellently with no leakage and a very good fit. The underwear are not tremendously bulky and look very much like typical men's briefs, so it is a little easier to accept the need for this product.

I have been trying to find the best product to wear with confidence and I can definitely tell people who ask that this is the best I have encountered in quite some time!
