I feel they are true to size, even if they’re a bit tight they aren’t uncomfortable. A great resource for an unpleasant issue.

For light bladder leaks these are great but if you need these like I do for an elderly parent who isn't using the toilet anymore at all then I wouldn't recommend these at all. They are very thin but they are made pretty well.

After each pregnancy my bladder muscles are very week. And after an embarrassing accident running errands the pharmacist suggested that I invest in disposable underwear until my muscles regained their strength.
