I also use the Depends adjustables for home and bed wetting. Depends have gave me back my freedom. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like them other than I would definitely go up a size because they were a little tight. So I had to cut the sides a little bit to be comfortable. But they did do their job. They had great odor control and were breathable.

I did not feel comfortable with the way the top of the product is made as it seemed to slip down after a while because of little elastic. I am going to try the briefs to see if that will fit my needs and comfort better and then decide which product to buy. I like the concept just need to figure which one is better for me.

Overall, they provide great protection during both the day and night. The fit is comfortable, especially around the legs, and they don’t feel too bulky under clothing. We also appreciate that they’re easy to put on and remove. Absorbency is quite good for moderate leaks, though occasionally there’s minor leakage overnight if there’s a heavier episode. The material is soft and doesn’t irritate the skin, which is a big plus. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish the adhesive tabs were a bit stronger — sometimes they don’t hold as securely as I’d like. Other than that, very satisfied and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a reliable product for adult incontinence.

He is now able to go and not have to worry about leakage. They are comfortable for him I only wish that we had stock in the company, but the coupons that I am able to print off of the web site do help. They are a very good product and they seem to hold better than some of the other brands that we have tried. We will keep using these because with them he is able to resume his normal activities. The fit is great with no bunching and is undetectable under tight skirts or pants. If I have a leak no-one knows except me and it has great absorption so I can go about the day without worrying.

They don’t make sound when sitting but they mark my inner groin when wearing and worst when sitting. I work seated and boy this was irritating, almost like if they are too tight but they aren’t, they hold enough for my issue .
