They hold well and doesn’t feel wet. I didn’t notice any smell for the time I wore it. Nice product for occasional bladder leaks as I do not get worried about getting my undies wet.

They aren't bulky but they aren't discreet under tight clothes so I mostly wear them at night or around the house. They’re comfortable, dependable, and I’ve had no issues with leakage. I also like that the thickness feels balanced — enough to provide good protection without feeling overly bulky. They’re fairly discreet under clothing and don’t stand out as much as some other products can. They also hold up well throughout the day and feel durable without tearing or losing shape easily. My only downside is the fit. It seems like they’re designed more for a rounder bottom shape, so the fit wasn’t feel quite as natural for my body type as I’d hoped. Other than that, the quality, absorbency, and overall performance are excellent.
