I usually wear pantie liners because I don't have a lot of problems, but these give me more confidence when I have to go out of the house, or cough a lot (which I do because I have bronchitis right now) I received my samples and tried one. If I can afford them (I am disabled and get a check, and my husband still works to pay the bills) I would like to trade my pantie liners for the new depends. The underwear has elastic waist (with a subtle design on the front) and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The inner padding isn't overly thick to make you feel like you're wearing a diaper, but just thick enough to feel comfortable that you won't leak through. They absorb quickly and leave no trace of odor. I can feel confident going out in public knowing these underwear will protect me from leaks and odor.

We have used other brands and they were difficult to get on with the diaper style tabs. These depends are pull on just like a pair of underwear and were so much easier to slide on and off for all of us caretakers. They didn't leak throughout the night.

The only thing I really hate is their package. I would prefer something not so obvious what it is if I am shopping and everyone can see.

I’m a large and have wide hips, the size Large did not fit me comfortably, with the hips area being too tight and the crotch area unbelievably too bulky. I would upsize, but then I’ld have to deal with an even more bulky crotch area. No thank you!
