Very soft, comfortable, easy to pull on, just like regular underwear. They are very durable and last all night long. Sometimes I use them at night to make sure that I don't have any leakage although embarrassing. I also tend to wear them if I know I'm in for a long day. You don't have to pee in them. You can use them as a pad just to catch some sneezing drippage that to be gross. Super comfortable, just try it. Nobody will know you can't see the lines like panty lines. They don't show through your pants so no one will know

It seems to happen when I have a cold and am sneezing and coughing. They are pretty comfortable and do a great job at keeping me feeling fresh and protected. I got the size small, I am 130 pounds. They fit well, but rub a little on my thighs at first.
