This has a built in 2 minute timer that helps him know when to switch sections of his mouth by vibrating every 30 seconds. It swirls allowing him to get all of his teeth, and reaches even the smallest of spots in his mouth!! It's very quiet compared to other brands I've tried in the past. Has plenty of strength so it doesn't stop if you put a little pressure! Definitely recommend!!

Oral B has again created a great product! The cleaning performance is so much better than a manual tooth brush! Convenient way of charging with a great looking charging dock. I have had a couple different ones but so far iO2 series has been the most powerful and reliable one. And the best part is that it does not make the annoying sound that most electric toothbrushes do. I see so many others on the market but having used Oral-B for years and admittedly trying a couple of others, there is not a toothbrush out there that has the same quality, features, and technology behind a good clean smile. The affordability on this one is very fair. Battery life has been great (I have never had an issue with iO2 battery life), I charge mine about once every two weeks.
