The bedframe was poorly packaged in a flimsy box with little tape that the pieces tore out of during shipping and had to be retaped by the mail carrier. All frame parts arrived damaged and some were missing. The frame's quality is poor; paint flakes off easily and the edges and corners are sharp enough to cut fingers and catch on the mattress. The included customer service email and phone did not give me a response. I had to find where they have parts request tickets on their site to finally get a reply. They claimed my email mustve been 'stuck in spam'. It does not explain not getting back to the voicemail I left to their phone after being left on hold for too long. The headboard is well packaged, but not worth the money given that the frame is the most important part.
