It glides across the contours of my face effortlessly without any tugging or pulling. It gave me a smooth, clean, nick free shave and the magnetic base is a nice feature for storing upright on the bathroom counter. I have coarse facial hair and haven't experienced any ingrown hairs. I didn't have any issues with razor bumps or anything. I'm not sure if the exfoliating bar really did much of anything at all though. As far as I could tell, it felt like any other razor.
