I can only speak to my own experience so I'm not going to try and overstate BUT….my skin looked much better after I used this for a few days. I have sensitive skin and it's prone to irritation but the results were beyond expectation. I am truly a believer that the exfoliating strip works. A smooth shave and great looking skin. What more could I ask for. Well, it comes with a pretty cool stand so yeah, I guess I could.

Gillete razors are typically hard on my skin and cause ingrown hairs and irritation but, this razor was a pleasurable experience. Each glide provided comfort and precision and I had zero cuts or irritation after use. I am happy with this razor and highly recommend.

The handle is slick sturdy, comfortable to hold and feels awesome in hand. Razors stand with magnet is great helps keep the four razor blades sharp. Gillette Lab with Exfoliating Bar Razor for Men is awesome and the best, just buy it if you need razor.

I was hoping the exfoliating bar would help reduce razor bumps but not for me. I won't fault the razor because it's my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It provides a good shave, not sure I can tell a difference between the Mach5. The integrated shave gel works well and isn't as gooey as is found with some other brands. Much like other multi-plate cartridges, they tend to clog quickly and require rinsing frequently when shaving. The metal handle is solid and comfortable to hold, although a little on the larger side. The magnetic stand is nice and sleek. The prices of refills are a little expensice but it is a premium product.

It gives a very close shave and leaves my face feeling smooth. The handle is good quality and is easy to hold. Not too heavy like some other brands. If your looking for an awesome razor, this is it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar by Gillette is a kit that includes a razor handle with an Exfoliating Bar, 2 blade refills, and a magnetic stand. The razor handle is comfortable to hold, and I like that it allows the blade to rotate side to side, as well as tilting forward and backward. The Exfoliating Bar is the neon yellow rumble strip below the blades. I like that it is attached to the handle, not the blade, and that it feels smooth, yet slightly rough for that skin exfoliation. Shaving is very smooth and effortless. The combination of the Exfoliating Bar, 5 sharp cutting blades, and multi-tilting head built into the handle make it glide smoothly over my face. The Exfoliating Bar is nice, and I like it over lubricating strips, but it doesn't replace them. The magnetic stand is very heavy and has a slip-proof pad underneath. It's a nice addition for the kit. Another plus is that it comes with an extra blade. Overall, it's a nice razor kit, and wouldn't mind getting it again.
