I can wear it while I sleep, to count my steps and change the face to match my exercise outfit for motivation. This is my favorite Samsung watch!

I was also interested in the new health sensors, especially the ability ro monitor blood pressure. So far, I am very happy with the upgrade! It's so much easier to read, and the blood pressure sensors seem to be working well after the configuration steps. Also like the wider watch band. Looking forward to unlocking all the new features!

My main reason for upgrading was the ability to take blood pressures. The watch uses a regular blood pressure cuff to calibrate the watch for accuracy. Overall this is a huge upgrade from the older watch series.

It keeps me informed of most importantly the time and distance I have made every 10 minutes. It keeps me on track with other activities of the day. I chose this watch for its large size that allows me to visibly see with ease what I am looking at and looking for.
