Been using for a week and this has not disappointed me. I have spent a lot of money finding a perfect razor and after many years and pain of trial and error... This is the best investment. I received mine as a part of a promotion. I wasn't expecting it to perform so well. This will be taking the place of my Sensor 3 as it is hands down the far better product and the price difference is minimal considering the amount of uses I have gotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Gillette razors and blades for over 15 years and I'm always excited to try the new ones that Gillette comes on the market with. This GilleteLab with exfoliating bar works perfectly and is smooth and just glides on your skin. The exfoliating bar is incorporated into the handle so all you have to do is just change the blade. A great feature about this is the base that comes with. It's a heavy duty round base where you just put the razor and you can store it nicely on a shelf, cabinet or in the shower.

Very smooth on the skin and sharp enough to get rid of hair but avoid cuts. It also doesn't leave razor burns like some razors I've used in the past. The flexible movement allows for maximum efficiently on bones prominences that need shaving. Great product! Will definitely buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The differences start when unpacking. The handle has a lovely balanced weight to it that gives it a premium feel. The magnetic base feels similarly premium and holds the handle well. I'm impressed so far. The shave itself was also a step up from the fusion 5. Difficult to describe, but felt smoother and more effective while shaving, and less irritation afterward. The finish was super smooth, and I had no complaints with the fusion 5, but this does still feel like an improvement. The 2D FlexDisc may well have been a factor in this as it's not present on my existing fusion handle. These blades are approximately 50% more expensive than the fusion 5, so that is indeed quite a lot as other reviewers have noted. It's worth it in my view, but I willing finish off my fusion 5 blades before switching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this razor. It's silly but the box it came in felt more like opening a cellphone than a razor. It was very well packed. The razor itself is much heavier and sturdier feeling than my fusion razor used previously. The shave provided was very good, similar to the fusion. For me honestly I couldn't tell the difference. That said the feel, the base, and the packaging make this a much nicer gift than the other razers Gillette offers. It is however priced a bit higher than the fusion which is the only real knock I can give it.
