I decided to give this razor the good ol college try and was surprised. It was super smooth and didn't irritate my skin. It was super sturdy and felt really nice in my hand. The shave was super tight and cleaned up the beard very well, and no redness or bumps!

Twist and bends without effort and comfortable to use. I like the way the use of the magnetic stand. It helps keep the blades off the sink preventing it from wearing out too soon. I have sensitive skin and this razor caused no issues with my sensitive skin. The razor does come with a magnetic stand to keep the razor upright and allows it to dry for the next use. I thought this was nice because I normally store my razor with the blades up in order to dry out. The base is definitely heavy enough to hold up the razor and really looks kind of cool. I think it keeps the razor up with some type of magnetic contraption. The components of this razor seem of good quality for what it is intended do and the moving components do allow it to contour your face nicely. Removing and installing the blades are a breeze and everything clicks together nicely and hold firmly during shaving. So far so good and I can not really imagine that much of anything could go wrong with this razor set up from here. I think it does a nice shaving job.

It also still has 5 blades which is a plus. The stand is magnetic so you don't have to worry about your razor going anywhere. I do like that's it's a bit heavy which makes it feel more sturdy.

I like the handle on this because it is easy to grip . cool colors as well . This isn't scented . It has an exfoliating strip that feels really refreshing as you shave , like a at home spa shave , I highly recommend this.

Tried it after not shaving for 2.5 weeks and it was great, the slight movement of the blade and also the smoothness of the razor itself worked very well. And the stand is great as I can put it up on something rather then just throwing it in a drawer or the cabinet . The only reason for the One less star is the fact that only 1 blade is included which Yes this is the set mainly for the razor itself they tend to sell the razors sets way cheaper and overcharge for the just the replacement blades so be wary of that.

I am 78. Been using Gillette razors since high school. Recently started using Gillett Labs razors. The first couple were super sharp. Replacement blades were JUNK! It took many more passes and still lots of stubble. Looking for a replacement supplier
