But after trying this new razor I'm very impressed with this new technology! I can definitely say that this is the best shaving experience I've had for a long time! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the smoothest razor that I ever used. At first I thought that I was doing something incorrectly. Like I had put too much shaving cream on or I wasn't pressing the razor down hard enough or something as there was no pull or tug on the hairs like I normally experience even when some higher end razors that I've used. It was like I was running it against an already smooth surface. The head swivels a bit for greater control of the razor which is useful when going around the jawline. The magnetic base is also a nice touch as it make it a little more presentable on the sink rather than just laying a razor down. Overall, this is a really nice razor and I look forward to using it a lot

Thought I would try the new Gillette razor and shaving creme. The shipping was quick. I purchased the travel case in hopes it would be of value but I was wrong. Instructions were printed on the case but the lever to open the case is plastic and broke off. This rendered the case worthless so in the trash it went. The shave jell was interesting. I twist the top of the can to open and close the valve so when I placed it in the open position and pressed the button the jell did not come out in a stream but spread out all around the top of the can. In the trash that goes. I ordered two razor stands and they were difficult to get the razor to stay in place. One has to press the handle hard for it to stay in place .In the trash it went also. Well at least I gave it a shot, just didn't work for me.

It is so well balance that is almost impossible to cut yourself during shaving. It is so good I bought two, one for the house and one for traveling. A must for every man who wants a perfect shave.
