Purchased the new exfoliating bar razor. In comparison to the proglide that I have used for years. The handle seems cheap, makes a clicking sound when you put it to face and the shave is no as good as the proglide. IMO Thanks but no thanks Chris Warren

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very sensitive skin, and the multiple blades cause more ingrown hairs than a single blade razor. The razor itself is aesthetically pleasing, and the exfoliating bar feels good on the face. However, just too many razors for me.

Heavy, beautiful, pivoting head, and the Steele base that it comes with is very premium. Shaves very gentle because of the pivoting head but also came out very smooth. Truly effective and I would recommend it.

The exfoliating bar also gives a smooth shaving experience, requiring less shaving cream. I like the magnetic stand. While it took a little to get used to putting the razor on the base, it works. I think a stronger magnet would prevent the ease of removing the razor off the base. Overall a great razor that takes up little space on your vanity and looks clean and modern.

It doesn't give me razor bumps or burn like I used to get. I actually enjoy shaving now that I have this razor. Handle is well balanced and a good weight that has a nice heft to it. I like the magnetic holder that works well on the shower shelf without falling to the bottom of the shower and falling apart. Was a nice smooth, close shave and the blades rinsed out easily.

I like the feel of it and also the way it glides over my face. i have had a hard times with others but this has impressed me except for the price, but the old adage is you pay for what you get. I will look to see how long it last but will definitely be getting more.
