[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I get a new Gillette razor, I'm usually pretty excited. However, when I opened this one I was a little disappointed to see that it's effectively identical to previous models but with a higher price tag. I've had the proglide fusion razor for years now and all I've had to do is replace the cartridge every so often. I didn't really notice the exfoliating bar doing anything extra, and the stand is very unnecessary in my mind – I don't ever intend on leaving a razor on display, I feel like it'd be weirder to leave it out. Anyway, if you really want to display your razor or want the latest and greatest, go for this, but otherwise you're probably just fine getting a slightly older model.

I biught this razor about 6 weeks ago. It has a really good feel to it but i dont like the shave. VERY EXPENSIVE ON BLADES compared to others. I can shave with it and by the next day it doesnt even look like i shaved at all. Other razors i can go 2 days between shaves. I even tried different shave creams just to see if it wiuld make a difference. Would not recomend the razor. Im very disapointed in myself on spending this kind of money on this and extra blades. I will go back to my other brand and save and have a better shave

I can only speak to my own experience so I'm not going to try and overstate BUT….my skin looked much better after I used this for a few days. I have sensitive skin and it's prone to irritation but the results were beyond expectation. I am truly a believer that the exfoliating strip works. A smooth shave and great looking skin. What more could I ask for. Well, it comes with a pretty cool stand so yeah, I guess I could.

This is a great razor for anyone looking for a close shave. The exfoliating bar is a nice addition that helps exfoliate your face while you shave. I found that I had less ingrown hairs on my face because of it. The stand is also a nice compliment to the razor. Overall there's a reason why Gillette has been leading in the razor business.

I'm not sure I completely understand the clockwise/counterclockwise rotating swivel in the middle, but regardless, it's a nice razor.

This GilletteLabs razor came with a sturdy magnetic stand that allows to you showcase the razor in your bathroom. The razor itself feels sturdy and meant to last. The exfoliating bar really works and provides a smoother shave. I've used this razor every morning for over two weeks and I have noticed a reduction in ingrown hairs. I highly recommend it!
