I wanted to see if I could get longer battery life with the 9. I like the watch well enough to purchase it again, but there is always room for improvement.

Overall, it works great. It's light and bright. My only issue is it always shows a gap during sleep tracking at night. Hopefully that can be fixed with a software update.

I don't wear a lot of jewelry or watches partly because I work in health care, partly because I don't like how it feels wearing watches, rings ect. With the Galaxy watch 9, I don't even notice it. It's so lightweight, I forget I even have it on. Performance wise, its so fast. The screen is a little larger than my previous. Highly recommend.

The latest watch is more comfortable than last years model and comes in a dark graphite color again. I enjoy the variety of features available and the depth of the customization. My only complaint as of this writing is that 3rd party chargers are not working with the Watch 9. Chargers that work fine with the Watch 8. I've looked online and there are many complaints of the same issue. Hopefully a software update is all that's needed to resolve. 4/5 *

One of the most important features for me is the heart monitoring. I really appreciate being able to keep an eye on my heart rate throughout the day and have that information right on my wrist. I also love the activity and workout tracking, bright and clear display, and how seamlessly it works with my Samsung phone. Whether I'm working, staying active, or keeping up with calls and messages, I use it every day. The health features give me even more reason to wear it consistently. I'm really happy I chose the Watch9!

Great upgrade. I loved my watch 7 but the 9 is so much better. I wear it all the time, except to charge. I'm an ardent walker and biker and I love the statistics I get from the watch 9.

If you're upgrading from an older Galaxy Watch (Watch 6 or earlier), it's an easy recommendation. If you have a Watch 8, the improvements are nice but not essential.

It was time to upgrade. I chose the same version in the Galaxy watch 9 40mm Bluetooth. First thing I noticed was they changed the wrist strap. Went back to one that doesn't tuck inside and requires a loop to contain the tail. I kind of preferred the one that tucked in. Both were considered the sport strap style. Once it was setup i did notice that it seemed faster, switching screen was quick and apps loaded quick. I do like some of the new health stats it has. It has not been a week yet so some are still "calibrating", it says. Overall it was worth the upgrade from a 7 ...
