I use it to monitor my daily goal of 10,000 steps, monitor my sleep, check the weather etc. I chose this watch because it fits I to my daily routine for health & productivity.

I like the health tracking features and it is well built. However, I am disappointed in the battery life and charging speed; I expected better. I am trading in a Galaxy Watch 7 and I think the battery life on the older watch was slightly better. If Samsung could at least improve the rate of charging it would help immensely. I still need to find time each day to charge it along with some time before I go to sleep to use the sleep tracking. Samsung has fallen behind their competitors in these areas. Samsung really needs to focus on this rather than adding additional health tracking features.

I do not like the new watch straps.. the ends strap comes loose on a regular basis in my physically demanding job... I like the lighter material but I wish they kept the old design where end strap is hidden or given us the option to pick the old watch straps bc now I'm going to have to buy them. The battery charges a bit slower by like 15-20 min... I know the battery increased by 10 mAh but thats not enough to justify the added charge time. I hope this is addressed in a future update. I love the one UI 9.0 update though. ...

It appears to be fairly accurate when comparing to a cuff monitor. The heart rate and other health monitoring features are also great. Fits well. Looks nice. What more could you want? So far I have loved how seemlessly the transfer process was and the refresh rate. This watch holds it charge for longer throughout the day and is significantly more accurate in measuring health statistics. I also like how much lighter it is in weight, I almost forget that I'm wearing a watch.

It's very thin and comfortable and I'm glad I went this direction. The battery lasts all day, so that I can charge it in the morning while I have coffee and breakfast, and it's ready to go through the day and wear at night for sleep tracking

I have a small wrist and tend to get pain when I wear other watches. I was hoping this would help. So far the watch is very good, only about the weight of a bracelet so I shouldn't have any problems. It's very cute and all the features are working properly. I calibrated the blood pressure and am excited to use this new feature.

I just received it so I'm learning all the great features it has. The one thing I noticed are the messages are easier to read compared to my Active 2. But then again everything is better on this phone from the other one. Its also great for monitoring my blood pressure I have to do twice a day. Also it is so light weight.
