[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very durable razor with an intuitive design. The blade easily detaches so you are able to clean the razor very well. Due to that, there is no smell even after a few uses. I have always cut my skin with other razors but this one never cut my skin. The razor glides along the jaw easily which helps with a smooth shave. This razor is worth the money and well worth a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't seen a head style like this yet but it is turning out to be very handy. It glides over chins etc really easily. The exfoliating pads need to be lubricated to work but once you get used to it it gives a really nice shave.

The stand is a nice touch and the razor is heavy duty and well constructed. I haven't gotten in grown hairs after using this razor which happens often with the other razors. Couldn't be more happy with this razor and I bet you'd like it also.

Tried this because it was the latest and greatest from Gillette, replacing my the ProGlide I have been using the past couple of years. The good, one of the best handles Gillette has ever made. Sturdy, with a bit of weight to it. I have slightly larger hands and the handle has a good grip. The bad, to say these razors are a disappointment would be an understatement. 3 shaves in, the white strip started falling out. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but happened with the second razor as well. Razors went dull extremely quickly. I typically get 20-25 shaves out of a razor before I have to replace, these two razors I got 8 and 10 respectively. Huge drop off in quality from the previous razors. Almost a good product...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor feels good in the hand. Its lightweight and the exfoliating bar seems to help. You get a clean and close shave with no cuts or scrapes. It is easy to cleans and easy to install new cartridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Labs with exfoliating bar razor is a amazing razor. Every swipe with the razor is a clean comfortable close cut. The razor gives a clean shave every time. Has a metal handle which is easy to keep a grip on and a magnetic stand that will assure the blades dry faster and better than just laying the razor down flat. I would recommend the Gillette labs with exfoliating bar to any one wanting a very close and comfortable shave.

Not really sure that the exfoliating bar does much, but that part of my skincare/shaving routine was already pretty dialed in when I started using it. The stand it comes with is very handsome/handy too. Came with two cartridges, so I haven't had to buy any replacements yet and am not sure how difficult they'll be to come by. My only complaint is that, while the articulation of the actual razor is really nice (and kind of impressive), it's a little too flexible/has too little resistance -- makes getting the top of my mustache (right under the nostrils) kind of difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar by Gillette is a kit that includes a razor handle with an Exfoliating Bar, 2 blade refills, and a magnetic stand. The razor handle is comfortable to hold, and I like that it allows the blade to rotate side to side, as well as tilting forward and backward. The Exfoliating Bar is the neon yellow rumble strip below the blades. I like that it is attached to the handle, not the blade, and that it feels smooth, yet slightly rough for that skin exfoliation. Shaving is very smooth and effortless. The combination of the Exfoliating Bar, 5 sharp cutting blades, and multi-tilting head built into the handle make it glide smoothly over my face. The Exfoliating Bar is nice, and I like it over lubricating strips, but it doesn't replace them. The magnetic stand is very heavy and has a slip-proof pad underneath. It's a nice addition for the kit. Another plus is that it comes with an extra blade. Overall, it's a nice razor kit, and wouldn't mind getting it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the handle shape. I can hold the razor firmly even if my hand is wet. I found I was able to get multiple shaves out of 1 blade. My hair is very coarse and my skin is sensitive. I found this razor did a fine cutting job and no irritation to my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GilletLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor to replace my old Mach 3 that i've had for years and I was super pumped the day that it arrived. I was looking forward to finally having a new razor with an exfoliating bar and also to finally have a magnetic base for my razor! (which is probably the 2nd coolest feature of this product after to the exfoliating bar =) The first few times I used this razor I did notice a closer shave, so much so that I noticed I could almost go and extra day without shaving versus the standard 2 days I was used to with my Mach 3. However, during a couple of these initial shaves I did have the unfortunate event of cutting myself with the razor when trying to shave just below my nostrils since I believe this razor simply has 1 too blades and can't adequately fit into and shave small spaces like the stubble just below my nose. So while I still use this razor for 90% of each of my shaves i've resorted to using my Mach 3 for the hard-to-get-to areas on my face to avoid cutting myself. So other than the "1 too many blades" concern above, I am still very happy with this razor and do enjoy the close shave, exfoliating bar, and magnetic base that it comes with. If they offered a smaller version of this razor with 1 or 2 less blades i'd buy it in a heart beat. But don't get me wrong this is still a great razor and worthy of at least 4 stars! So Thank-you Gillette!
