Comes with a very nice exfoliating bar, which you will end up liking more then you would think. I never really used an exfoliating bar and now I don't think I'll go without!

Cartridge provided a great shave as well; although I'm not sure I noticed any tangible effect from the exfoliating bar. Which I often get on my neck. I didn't even need to use shaving gel or cream. It's a good weight and evenly balanced. My only complaint if you can call it one, is I wish the base actually held the extra cartridge.
