It produces such a smooth shave and doesn't pull at all. I have sensitive skin and this has been a problem with other razors. The magnetic stand looks great too. Well done, Gillette. Keep the innovations up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From start to finish this is simply An exceptional razor! The weighted and magnetized base is really the winner for me here! There's something incredibly forward thinking in making this a feature. Like everyone else who uses a razor, I've definitely misplaced mine from time to time. It's such a convenience to it only have the base, but to be able to set it down and know it won't roll off the counter, or just otherwise simply disappear. I see a lot of benefit for someone whose either forgetful (as I can sometimes be) or of an advanced age. Simply because it's so simple to keep track of. The multiple razors on the head definitely do an exceptional job, and the circle in the middle really provides an excellent grip that other designs don't have. The bar at the top makes sure you're good to go if you don't have access to anything but some water, so perfect to bring camping or in a situation where that may be limited. Awesome razor, definitely recommend it highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Gillette brand, when they introduced GilletteLabs I was happy to get my hands on them. This razor definitely doesn't disappoint. I love the close shave it gives me, it leaves me feeling so smooth. With the exfoliating bar technology, I found it fascinating how it picks up debris and hairs, which usually clog my razor blades. The stand it comes with is pretty handy, normally I toss my razor on the sink but the stand gives it a more sophisticated feeling to it, and looks classy sitting on my sink.

I was a bit skeptical at first because I do have sensitive skin when it comes to shaving and I was worried this would make it worse. It actually did the opposite and after a couple shaves I realized that I am having less little bumps and haven't gotten a single new ingrown hair. I like the magnetic stand it came with too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my lifetime, I've used a variety of razors. This razor, in my opinion, deserves to be number one. Don't let the razor's attractive appearance detract from its ability to perform. The blades are razor-sharp, but they won't hurt you. It only takes one or two passes over your facial hair, depending on the type. To see if the blades would become clogged, I let my whiskers grow out a little longer. Nope! I was blown away by how easily all of the hair rinsed out without becoming clogged. The metal stand is unnecessary in my opinion, but it does improve the looks of the razor as compared to it simply laying inside your cabinet.

But as someone with sensitive skin, it just didn't work for me. I had to go over the same spot multiple times to get the tiny hairs, and the blade isn't as sharp as I expected. It also feels unnecessarily heavy. Not a bad razor overall, but it's just not the right fit for sensitive skin.

It feels premium and substantial. The stand provided is an added bonus. The shave was close and smooth, gliding effortlessly across my skin with no irritation, or pulling of hair. Hours after shaving, I did not notice any ingrown hairs or irritation bumps. It worked especially well in different places like the neck. I noticed I could go longer between shaves than usual. Even after three uses, the blade still felt sharp. I did find the circular head movement(as shown on the box) to be unnecessary, as I didn't experience that movement at all while shaving. It's hard to tell if the exfoliating bar actually exfoliates. Overall, I prefer this razor to my usual Harry's, though the shave didn't feel much different from other Gillette models and seems to have some unnecessary design functions.

The razor looks stylish and comes with a nice magnetic stand which avoids it falling everywhere like others i've had in the past. Tjr shave itself was smooth and close...I don't like to spend a lot of time shaving so this is the ideal razor for my days.

The handle is comfortable and stores easily, the razor is comfortable and far superior to a lot of those "monthly club" razors out there. My only gripe is that the razors are perhaps too close together, which sometimes makes washing the cartridge a hassle, and I also have a hard time finding replacement cartridges locally (most stores prefer to stock the "Mach" lines, still). If it wasn't for those two problems, this would be my go-to model every time.
