The on and off button is loose and cheaply made. It's suppose to decrease pore appearance but it seems to be doing the opposite for me. My age spot is the same, my winkles are the same. Most likely will be returning.

Are the discs suppose to spin while you are using the machine? Mine are not spinning/rotating, so I am wondering If I am missing something. Mine did not come with instructions or user manual.

This product is not so great I have burn circles on my face after following the directions it's smooth my skin all the way to my other layer. What a horrible experience now I need to get medical help for my skin.
