My new HP OmniDesk AI M03-0000t desktop replaced my old HP Envy 795-0025t desktop purchased in July of 2019 which had become slow and did not work well moving to Windows 11 upon Microsoft's end of support for Windows 10. I love the fact that my new OmniDesk is so fast. Everything I do now is so responsive. It was easy to get set up and working. I can't comment on long-term reliability since I've only been using it for a few weeks but so far, I am loving it.

From start to finish, this is probably the most easy and efficient HP unit that I have used. It's obvious that the technology in this unit for surpasses previous units that I've had. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone that's looking to upgrade.

Setup and installation of software has gone smoothly. The machine is fast, even with Windows 11. Boot speed is incredibly fast. The main problem is that videos, e.g. from YouTube or other embedded links, randomly freeze the system such that a reboot is required.

The OmniDesk is great. I just don't like Windows 11, but I guess I'm going to have to get used to it. I also like the keyboard that came with the computer. I've been using an old HP keyboard since I bought my first computer and hated to give it up.

The end of support for Windows 10 and and issue with my computer spurred me on to purchase a new one. I have appreciated the quality and service with other HP products so I looked to HP for another computer. This computer does not disappoint in price, ease of customization, ordering and set up.

Purchased this OmniDesk to replace a 10+ year old HP Envy which did not meet requirements for updating to Windows 11. I chose this version because it allowed me to figure it for more RAM, more SSD and an upgraded processor. I wanted a desktop with sufficient capability to handle current and future applications and updates/upgrades. To date, I had no issues with setup or loading in applications. Have to admit I am not a fan of Office 365 being a web based subscription service (versus prior versions of Office which resided locally) or McAfee (as an organization, after having "issues" with their automatic renewal process). I will be evaluating alternative office suite software and I am still deciding about McAfee.

Our HP OmniDesk Desktop AI M03‑0000t is now fully configured for everything our family does—from everyday tasks to my programming projects—and it performs beautifully. The system is fast, quiet, and has plenty of headroom for upgrades. I'm exploring the idea of setting it up as a Windows/Ubuntu dual‑boot system and adding a second 1TB PCIe SSD to expand its capabilities even further. HP has been our go‑to brand—our past machines were HP, this one is HP, and so is our laptop.

Did not carry over all my old files.

Very happy with this new desktop computer. I really like that there are plenty of USB ports.

Disappointed no video/cd player included. Was not mentioned during sales chat.
