I've had a beard for about a year, so when I needed to clean up, Gillette was the first brand I knew I could trust. This razor did not disappoint! It left me beard-less and smooth. It provided a close shave and moved well with the contour of my face which made constant shaving easy. The heads pivots up, down, and side to side. The handle is a good weight and doesn't feel cheaply made. The base, which is unique, goes well at the sink and the razor slides right in. I recommend this razor, especially if you desire a close chance on a daily bases.

The razor came complete with 1 razor handle, 1 stand, and 2 cartridges. The 2D FlexDisc pivoting head allows the blades to swivel from side to side to contour the face for a nice clean shave. The cartridge has five blades and each blade is mounted on springs to help them move up and down there is an additional single blade at the rear to tackle those awkward areas such as underneath the nose and corners of the mouth. Above the blades is a lubricating strip and beneath the blades is a tiny ridged micro comb which lifts and guides the hairs into pole position for a clean cut. Overall this razor provided a clean comfortable shave.
