I like the feel of it and also the way it glides over my face. i have had a hard times with others but this has impressed me except for the price, but the old adage is you pay for what you get. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a lot of Gillette Razors over the years, and always fond them innovative and effective. This one definitely stands out (literally) with new features. The stand is quite useful, and I like the rubberized base. The lubricating strip is also extra on this newest model. After a full face and head shave, the strip was still leaving a snail trail, and a comfortably shaven pate two days later! Having a predilection for straight blades or DE razors, I'm nervous anytime a blade is allowed to slip sideways, but I have yet to nick myself with the Gillette. My only suggestion would be to make the stand taller and more universal so it can be used with other Gillette models. The magnetic feature is nice, but my other Gillette handles don't fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is really nice. It has 5 blades. It looks good with the metal design and I like the magnetic stand, and gives a close shave. Almost every razor I use irritates my skin but this didn't irritate it at all. It almost makes me look forward to shaving.

I bought this a couple weeks ago with the Gillette labs shave gel and moisturizer and it's the perfect combo. I've tried numerous types of after shaves and shave creams, numerous types of razors from Gillette, Harry's, DSC, etc. Without irritation. Even the Gillette sensitive broke me out. Not sure if it's the razor or the combo with the other Gillette labs products but it is the best, smoothest and least irritating shave I've ever gotten, enough so, there's almost no irritation. Worth every penny!
