Meanwhile, the Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide Power stands in a completely different league. It's solid, perfectly built, and feels premium in every detail. We don't need "heated razors," "exfoliating bars," or whatever gimmick comes next. For over a century, Gillette built its reputation on one thing: making the best shaving razors in the world. The Proglide Proshield was proof that they still knew how to do that. Why abandon what works? Why not invest in making those proven products better and more affordable instead of chasing gimmicks? I genuinely hope Gillette returns to its roots. I bought it a year and a half ago and I'm very satisfied. It gives me the best shave I've ever had, and I've tried everything. The cartridges last much longer than the Mach3, Fusion5, and Proglide. And the blades cut closest to the skin. Compared to the Philips razor, this is much better.

Do I feel like I get a good shave with this razor, absolutely. However I can get this shave with any razor I have at my house. That is my only complaint, nothing makes this razor stand out to me!

My first time shaving with this took a little bit getting used to. It rotates in all directions and that's something I'm not used to but it didn't take long for me to get comfortable with it. The Gillette Labs razor shaved my face a lot better than my other razors (razors I own) and a lot faster. My wife says it's been a while since my face has been this smooth so I'm guessing she likes it as well. I would recommend this razor to anyone, at least give it a try and see what you think.

However, GilletteLabs (a standalone brand of Gillette) has come up with some new and innovative razors that have topped the old way to shave, although some have been very pricey, yet efficient; for instance, the heated razor. This one, GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar, has now made, yet again, the top of the line razor that give a smooth and satisfying shave! No nicks, scratches, or irritation. The exfoliating bar as a great feature that adds just the right amount of pressure while shaving, allowing for a close and comfortable shaving experience. The "2-D FlexDisc" helps the blade keep contact with the contours of the face. It even comes with a magnetic stand that keeps the razor upright, to allow for proper drying and to avoid blade rust. It has a metal, ergonomic designed handle with a rubber grip and backing, which makes it very comfortable to handle and non-slip. Package also comes with an extra razor cartridge. We are absolutely satisfied with this product and highly recommend yet another winner from GilletteLabs!

I love my current Gillette razors but I do have to admit that the blades get dirty fast because of the dirt and skin that get picked up every time I shave. This new technology is quite awesome as the exfoliating bar picks up all the debris on the skin before the blades actually get to work. I get a very close shave with my new razor and love the fact that the blades remain much cleaner. When it comes to the handle, it is superb and feels like it will last for a while. The stand is also a nice plus as I no longer have to use the toothbrush holder to hang my razor. All in all, I am very pleased with this new razor which gets a 5 stars out of 5 from me.
