[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typically buy bic, but decided to give this gillette razor a try and I may never go back! Very smooth shave and I love the exfoliating aspect, you can really feel your pores exfoliate as you shave and certainly once you're all done!

After I took my hit shower, I took out this razor and used it with Gillette shaving cream for sensitive skin. This gave me a very close shave without nicking my skin. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Gillette razors and blades for over 15 years and I'm always excited to try the new ones that Gillette comes on the market with. This GilleteLab with exfoliating bar works perfectly and is smooth and just glides on your skin. The exfoliating bar is incorporated into the handle so all you have to do is just change the blade. A great feature about this is the base that comes with. It's a heavy duty round base where you just put the razor and you can store it nicely on a shelf, cabinet or in the shower.

As soon as you pick up the razor you will notice the solid feel of the metal handle. The actual shaving experience is just as good. At first, I had my doubts about the "exfoliating bar" but I can tell you it really does make a difference in regards to how my skin looked and felt afterwards. As good as that is, the best part, in my opinion, is the 2Dflexdisc which in addition to the pivot of the razor head itself, makes for an incredibly close and smooth shave - almost tailored to my face. Lastly, if you store your razor in a vertical position, than you will appreciate the stand which actually does hold the razor well.
