[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid has enjoyed playing with this Barbie Rise & Surprise Pet Birthday doll set, and it's been a big hit. The unboxing experience is genuinely fun—the way Barbie “pops” out of the stacked presents and the slide unfolds feels special and got a real wow reaction. The included puppy is adorable, and the slide is sturdy enough for repeated play without falling apart or tipping over easily. The accessories (cake, balloon, party hats, etc.) add a nice birthday-party storyline, and my kid loves setting everything up and “hosting” parties for other dolls. The color-change hair feature works well with cups of warm and cold water; the transformation is clear and repeatable, which keeps it interesting beyond the first day. The doll's dress and shoes have held up so far, and the hair brushes out nicely after play.

A fun feature is that once she pops out, so does a slide that her dog will go down simultaneously and she comes up. Only negative I can think of is that there are a lot of little pieces, yes, I get that's part of the fun but for us parents, that's not so fun haha. All in all, my daughter thoroughly loves her new Barbie and all that came with it and for me that's all that truly matters anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we got this Barbie Rise and Surprise toy it was a major hit. The unboxing experience was a big highlight. Watching the Barbie rise was magical. The dog sliding down the ribbon plastic slide was so adorable. The accessories and outfit added another layer of excitement. It grabbed our attention from beginning to end. The doll was well made colorful and fun to play with. The only downfall like many reveal toys is that the wow effect is over once is open. But the doll and accessories are great for ongoing play.

My 6 year old loves it. The ribbon slide for the dog does keeping poping off, however it easily pops back into place. The toy works best when the box is used on a smooth surface. Not made for carpet surface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie Birthday Rise and Surprise set is such a fun and magical experience for kids, especially for birthday celebrations. The rising cake reveal is genuinely exciting, with bright colors, cute party details, and a delightful surprise Barbie inside that instantly sparks joy. My 5 year olds favorite part is the puppy with its own party hat! The interactive elements keep little hands engaged, which encourages imaginative play and storytelling long after the initial reveal. It feels festive, special, and thoughtfully designed, making it a wonderful gift that turns a simple toy into a memorable birthday moment. We definitely recommend this adorable Barbie for birthdays and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rise and surprise Barbie is absolutely adorable. It includes a “gift box” that Barbie and her birthday puppy pop out of. There is a button on the side that releases the lid and the Barbie pops up while the dog goes down the slide. This doll is beautiful with color changing streaks in her hair and her pink birthday dress. This set also includes mystery bags full of accessories. My daughter really enjoyed opening this set. It seemed to be one surprise after the other when she opened it. She loved the happy birthday headband and the cake that came along with it. The puppy also has a birthday hat which made her happy. She has already played a whole lot with this Barbie. Her imagination is full of birthday party ideas because of this set and all the details it included. She isn't a super fan of using water in her Barbie dolls, but the color change feature is very cool. Overall I think this Barbie would make an excellent gift for any child - an especially great gift for a child celebrating their birthday.

Another cool feature is that the hair changes colors from purple to pink. And the details. Even the dog has a party hat and when press the button it slides down the slide!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old loved this. She liked popping the barbie up and down and also sliding the little dog down the slide. It was great quality and even after playing with it for a while, it still looks exactly the same and nothing is broken or wonky. The barbie still pops up and the slide still stays together like it should.
