The French door design is the first thing I noticed it feels high end, and opening both doors with one hand is way more convenient than I expected, especially when I'm rushing or holding something in the other hand. It really super smart ! It's comes with 1 5qt fry basket, sheet pan , 1 broil rack , 1 wire rack . Now the size of the air fryer basket, the size is really huge ! Its really fit around 4 pounds of food . And because of The SurroundAir technology actually makes a difference everything cooks evenly, and I haven't had any issues with cold spots , also love that it heats up in 90 seconds, which makes weeknight cooking so much faster. Its 60% faster cooking than another air fryers oven . With 10 programs makes the process super easy just choose what program and turn it On and monitor your food , so its doesn't dry food out like some countertop ovens do. The size is large , so make sure have counter space for it. But honestly, it replaces the toaster, air fryer, small oven, and even the need to heat my big oven most days . Its made of high quality stuff also easy to clean and the accessories are dishwasher-safe, which saves a lot of hassle after cooking. Its solid and powerful machine , Great for families or anyone who wants fast, crispy, and consistent results without heating the whole kitchen. I'm highly recommended and yes its worth money 👍🏻

I bought this in November, right before Thanksgiving because my oven went out. It was disappointing because it can't fit a standard 11x13 pan and I thought it would be able to cook two things at once, but the other pans aren't wide enough to fit in the slots… needless to say, I returned it.

I really love this product. AM just beginning to cook with it and need more recipes than in quick start guide. Also have questions about using my edisting equipment i.e., glass or eramic covered/uncovered pots, etc. in my Ninja oven. where can I get information

Very impressed with this convection oven it is somewhat heavy to move around. But very easy to work with easy booklet instructions and a booklet with recipes are included . Temperature reads accurately and heats evenly I would have loved for it to come with an extra rack or that it would be sold separately as it has the capacity to hold two but unfortunately it is unavailable. the extra compartments are definitely a plus a Great investment if you're only baking smaller portions for family or yourself ! The french doors close smoothly making it safe and slam resistant. High quality glass and an individual off and on button for the light . Very easy cleaning and scratch resistant and almost noiseless so many baking possibilities! I Love it !

I was highly impressed and it has become my new favorite appliance. I can cook just about anything in it and it comes out perfectly cooked. The noise is not too loud so it would make good meals when you need to be quiet. In all I highly recommend it because you just can not go wrong with this appliance and it'll make cooking easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it twice already, to heat up the thanksgiving buns and to make cookies. It works great! The problem I have with it is that it is not convenient nor practical for me. To begin with, the French doors are super cute, but useless. I can't put the oven flushed against the wall because the doors won't open. Then, there is no bottom rack/tray to protect the lower burner from the grease. There is only a tiny tray that goes on top of the only rack; but if you use it, then there is no more rack. I has a basket and a tiny rack that can go on the top of the tray that goes on top of the rack… see how silly that sounds. Instead of just making the tray big enough to fit the bottom slits and be able to use the rack as it should. Definitely not good for me!

I think with a lot of these types of units, you make concessions when they're trying to do too much, for example I don't feel like the dehydration setting works as well as my standalone dehydrator. But overall this is a great quality unit, it seems like it's well built and does fit well under our counters. I do feel like it does take up quite a bit of counter top space, and because of its size it's not really something that we can put away when we're not using it. So I would be mindful of that if you do have a smaller kitchen or counter space is at a premium. But overall, I think this will last a long time and does a great job.

I've been wanting to get an air fryer for a while because I kept seeing so many great recipes online. Now I'm lucky to test this beautiful air fryer/oven from Ninja, and I'm so excited about it! The package includes several inserts: a 5-qt Air Fry Basket, Sheet Pan, Broil Rack, Wire Rack, and a Removable Crumb Tray. All of them are dishwasher-safe. I've already cleaned them after use, and it was super easy. It has the following cooking functions: whole roast, air roast, air fry, bake, dehydrate, broil, toast, bagel, pizza, and reheat. I used the Air Roast function for chicken legs, and they turned out amazing! Very crispy on the outside (even on the bottom without flipping!) and juicy and fully cooked on the inside. It only took 30 minutes. It cooks faster than my regular oven, which is so convenient for me. The size and capacity are also big enough to prepare several servings at once. The preheat time is very quick, only about 1-2 minutes before it starts cooking. My hand now automatically reaches for this machine instead of my oven. It also looks very stylish on my countertop, it is not too big, but needs some space to position it right. The French doors look sleek, and both doors open simultaneously. The design is beautiful overall. After each use, I wipe the inside with a damp towel, and it stays perfectly clean. The interior lights turn on and off gradually, which looks so nice. And this part might not be the most important, but I find it absolutely adorable that the machine says “hello” and “bye”😊 It's also quieter than I expected, definitely less noisy than my friend's air fryer. Overall, my impression is great. This device is versatile, efficient, and beautiful. I'm really glad I have it.

Wow! Ninja air fryer/confection ovens have come a long way skince the last air fryer /confection oven I purchased 4 years ago. I am so glad Shark/Ninja listen to thier customer's recommendations and concerns. My last Ninja oven/air fryer wouldn't slow the use of an oven liner on the drip tray and you could put a pan under the fryer basket or use parchment paper. The new modifications will make cleaning a lot easier! I hope you get in stock replacement baskets and drip trays I would love to buy them for future use. I have already made a cake and pizza and they both came out perfect ! I love the easy cooking & temperature settings!. Thank You Ninja Kitchen! Five Stars all the way! Keep up the good work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mines everyday, I love making Salmon with sweet potato fries they come out perfectly. Easy to use, stainless steel which is great because is made of good materials. Easy to setup and fast heating which is a plus for me on those rush mornings.
