So far no issues. Hose stops and retracts when hose is pulled. Plenty of pressure for pressure washing a concrete driveway. Excellent for washing vehicles. The soap dispenser is okay, get yourself a foam cannon if you want to apply a heavy soap to your vehicle.

I love it. Lots of power compared to smaller electric pressure washer I've used. I love the retractable hose real. I added quick attachments on to easily swap ends on the pressure washer. Easy install. Now I need to get an outlet and a water spigot mounted nearby and this setup will be FANTASTIC for car washes.

Finally got a chance to use my new Grandfalls pressure washer yesterday. Was very convenient having everything hooked up and ready to use instead of having to drag out my old pressure washer and hooking everything up. Washer worked great cleaning 3 cars using the high pressure nozzle and foam cannon. Hose reel was especially convenient and hose reeled out to the length I needed without kinking.

The G20 pressure washer is just what I needed in my garage. I was skeptical at first but after installing and using for the first 2 weeks it performs better than I expected. I am very pleased with this all in one pressure washer! I would highly recommend this unit. The perfect car washer!

Pretty good washer. Maintains pressure well, the soft grey cord is great, nozzles are good quality and the holder is a good feature. Only complaint is the wand holder. Could have been thought better like put some clamp in the back to prevent from falling off. I ordered the cover which arrived super fast and the quality of the fabric is good. Great idea with the side net holder, would be better of there was a Velcro strap in the back to secure the back better for those windy days. Haven't been able to test it yet but will update when i can. Overall, I am very Satisfied with this product and already telling friends and family about it.

Super pleased with my G20 pressure washer. More power than I expected and quieter than any other one I've ever owned. Right out of the box (even the packaging was impressively done and comes with everything you need to mount it,a template and a short inlet hose) it was easy to mount and running in minutes. I have a small "car cleaning corner" in my garage and it fits in perfectly with the other items. The swivel is very helpful too. The 65' hose reaches out far enough to get well past the back of our cars outside and still has more to go. The gray hose is very flexible and lays flat! I love that. It locks into place very easily and retracts back in smoothly. Had it now for close to two months and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend it. Great product.

The G20 has been the best investment in my shop by far. The ease and convenience of just being able to grab and start is incredible. The power is great and does everything I need it to do for my cars and vans. I highly recommend anyone that washes cars to buy the G20.

This swivel bracket is incredibly user-friendly. I can easily adjust the angle with a simple twist, making it convenient for anyone, regardless of their experience with pressure washers.

Great product! I have a couple of them and this is by far the best electric pressure washer on the market. If you are thinking about buying one, just do it because you will be happy.
