A great vitamin that I have recently started taking as I've gotten older. I've been taking it for the past two weeks and have already noticed that I get up less during the night to use the bathroom. Great and effective natural ingredients is a plus!

Seems to be working well, but I actually haven't noticed any big differences yet. Will continue to use and probably buy another bottle or two to really get the effect they promises.

I just bought this and I an returning it due to all these fake reviews! Who cares about the smell or whether you can easily swallow it. You bunch of shmucks, how does it affect the prostate?
