This product has two purposes, and each of the purposes have four unique probiotics. They are easy to take at one capsule a day instead of having to deal with multiple capsules a day.

I've veen taking them daily for several weeks now, so it's a bit early to know if it will reduce the frequency of the uti's. The capsules are easy to swallow, leave no aftertaste and have not upset my stomach.
