[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a good pre and pro biotics. You only have to take 1 daily to get the benefits of both. I have been looking for probiotics for women and most you have to take multi capsules to get the correct dose.

This product has helped give me my life back. It really helps calms things down so I can live a more normal life and not always be thinking about the bathroom with urgency or irritation from just going all the the time. I can be there for my kids and husband and feel Much calmer down there. Very grateful for the support!!
