Capsules were easy to swallow and you only need to take one so it is easy to remember daily. I was a bit skeptical but I really did notice a difference within 2-3 days. I have chronic yeast infections and with AZO I felt better down there than ever before. I really felt clean and fresh and healthy. I will definitely make it part of my daily routine!

I was interested in trying it though because with insulin resistance issues it causes the flora of my vagina to not always be at its best and I wanted to see if this could help. It seemed to do it's job fairly well but I wouldn't say 100% so that's why it's a 4 star. Would have liked to have used longer than 30 days to really see but i think it's fine.

This is the first product I've tried that is both a prebiotic and probiotic specifically for a woman's vaginal and urinary tract health.
