I definitely noticed a difference since using this product. Especially during my cycle. My only complaint is the pill form is pretty hard to swallow. I dread that part but it definitely improves the sensitivity and irritation specifically during my cycle. I honestly don't think I would take it everyday because of the pill form. I started using this 2 weeks ago and it has prove to me that it does in fact work. I take medication that messes with my pH balance. This product has helped with that so much. Even though it is little on the pricey side it is worth it. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I do drink a lot of water being on a fluid pill and it seemed to help things flowing better all day long.
