I really like the size of these capsules and they were very easy to take. They were gentle on the stomach and I really appreciate how the ingredients work to support whole health. I have been using it for a few days now. It's suppose to work within 24 hours. It helps guard the urinary tract and fight unfriendly bacteria. It fights yeast growth to support vaginal health. It maintains optimal vaginal pH. You are to take 1 capsule daily anytime of the day with or without food. Once I use this bottle up I will see how well I like it and if I will continue to use this product monthly.
